The rooms of the hotel were modern and functional with the balcony. The breakfast was fine and excellent for vegans and the staff were very-very nice.

Brilliant service, provided by the welcoming and amiable staff. There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table in the room, enjoyed that. The breakfast was fine and the ambiance was quiet!

I appreciated this secure hotel for its quiet atmosphere and super friendly and accommodating stuff. Though some of the staff where angry, I had a nice stay. The location was favourable, near a botanical garden and parks. Took a walk around city center, located at a short distance from the property.

I enjoyed this secure hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The venue had indeed a marvellous location in peaceful area. Plus, it was short walk to Planten un Blomen garden which was nice as well as the center of the city in 15 minutes. I had different food for breakfast for vegans.

Had favourable and absolutely perfect location near Dammtor S-Bahn station, next to a German opera company. And adjacent to nice cafés, bistros and restaurants in the lower-medium price range, the city centre, and congress center.

Particularly good location just off the beautiful park Planten un Blomen and the beautiful park and great staff. Perfect rooms with the balcony and brilliant service.

The Hotel Fresena Im Dammtorpalais offers a very good breakfast with a wide variety of options, perfect for guests with disabilities. The staff is excellent and provides exceptional customer service. The location is ideal for those attending the Messe, and it is next to the beautiful Planten un Blomen garden.

Absolutely amazing experience! Perfectly located with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was extremely helpful and always willing to provide recommendations for things to do and see in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and always made for a great night's sleep.

The bathroom was a bit small, making it difficult to move around, but nothing too major. It's an old building, so you can expect some noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with public transportation nearby, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was a bit dusty in some places and there was no soap or shower gel provided unless specifically requested. the receptionist was unaccommodating, refusing to provide a second key even though we explained that we would return to the hotel at different times after the front desk closed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, close to the University of Hamburg, the main train station, and the beautiful Planten un Blomen garden. You can easily walk to most spots in the city from here.

Our stay near Dammtor S-Bahn station was amazing! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the CCH conference center and Brodersen restaurant with delicious local food. The hotel room was modern, spacious, and clean, with a perfect size and all the necessary facilities, including a welcome drink. The friendly staff provided excellent service, assisting us with our needs, including gluten-free breakfast for a vegan guest.

There was some disturbance with noise from people in the hallways.
